Project Manager - Construction We are working with a National Construction company who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead one of their prestigious projects. The role is working is specifically focused around the Healthcare sector and would require someone with experience of new build developments within this industry. Roles, Skills and Qualifications -Leading the Project, overseeing site management team -Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing -Developing project programmes -Client facing, working alongside local authorities -Organising and Managing sub contractors -Working alongside commercial and design teams -Chairing project meetings -Providing weekly/monthly reports -SMSTS -First aid -HNC/HND in Construction -CSCS Managers card - NVQ level 6 -Previous experience of leading multi million £ construction project -Driving Licence -Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills -Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage If you are looking for a new challenge please apply to Jack Birks at Setsquare.
