My client is a leading D&B Main Contractor with projects across London. Very well respected construction business who work across a wide range of sectors. They are now seeking a strong Site Manager to help deliver a some juicy projects in the heart of London Site Manager Roles & Responsibilities - Oversee all day-to-day activities on-site, managing subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress. - Ensure that all on-site activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations (HSE standards), including proper use of PPE and safety procedures. - Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, with a focus on quality finishes and compliance with design specifications. - Manage the project timeline, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the schedule and that milestones are met. - Manage the final stages of the project, including snagging, final inspections, and ensuring all outstanding work is completed to the client’s satisfaction. Site Manager Experience Required - Minimum 5 years Construction Manager experience - Previous Main Contractor experience - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Keen eye for detail / quality standards Excellent technical and professional development potential.
