Job Description Job Duties: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to on site Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople Monitor and report on project progress Resolve any onsite issues or conflicts Required Qualifications: Valid SMSTS certification CSCS card First Aid certification Full UK Driving Licence Experience: Prior experience in traditional new build housing projects 2 years experience of PLC house building processes Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure Attention to detail If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, call Chloe on (phone number removed)
