Location: North London Position Type: Freelance Overview We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee external and roofing refurbishment projects across scattered properties in North London. You will work closely with a reputable refurbishment contractor to deliver high-quality outcomes for a well-known housing association. This is an ongoing role, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise external and roofing refurbishment works across scattered properties in North London. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Liaise with the housing association and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain safety standards. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in external and roofing refurbishment. Background in social housing projects is essential. Valid UK driving license and access to a car for site visits. Ideally located in or near North London. Strong organizational and communication skills. Salary & Benefits Day rate is competitive and based on experience. Mileage and ULEZ charges will be covered by the company.
