B&B Construction Recruitment are currently working with a leading fit out company who are seeking a Project Manager to run a £5m fit out in Central London. The Project Manager will have full autonomy of the project, you will be in charge of delivery as well as heavily involved in the procurement, financial and commercial elements. You will have a junior QS to help with orders but expected to run this as a Number 1. The project is a commercial office fit out CAT B, £5m in value close to Liverpool St Station. The company is a well respected fit out contractor who run their model as Design and Build. There is excellent benefits to the role and will be looking to go permanent for the right candidate.
