Mechanical Estimator CANNOCK HB Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator in Cannock. Due to company growth the team are looking to employ a qualified engineer to undertake estimating tasks for large commercial and industrial installations. We require a problem solver with a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a drive for innovation and adding value and a keen eye for detail. & : Reporting / Supported by the estimating Manager and Directors Project value £300k - £3m, potentially larger up to £7m on occasion. Base build and fit out of distribution warehouses, offices and commercial office space Projects being tendered are nationwide but the role will rarely require time out of the office, contractor proposal meetings etc. may be necessary. Candidate would be joining an existing M&E team of 4 including an estimating manager Experience with Cypher would be useful but not necessary providing they are willing to learn On site private state of the art gymnasium use included (open 24 hours) Changing rooms, showers etc. Company pension No working from home or hybrid working available Office based role in Cannock Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1730, Friday 0800 – 1600 25 days holidays plus bank holidays. 5 days to be taken at Christmas. Salary negotiable depending on experience
