We are working with a leading groundwork and civil engineering specialist contractor that is looking for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to manage a large residential development of 400 units in Leominster. The Role: As the Groundworks Site Manager, you’ll oversee all groundworks and civil engineering activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring health and safety regulations are met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all groundworks and civil engineering operations on a 400-unit residential site Liaise with the project management team, clients, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to senior management Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site Requirements: Proven experience as a Groundworks Site Manager on large residential developments Strong background in groundworks and civil engineering Excellent leadership and communication skills In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing site challenges
