Job Title: Trainee Quantity Surveyor Location: West Midlands, Herefordshire, Leominster Job Type: Permanent, expected to work full-time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New build housing Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum Qualifications: Driving Licence Skills: Construction related degree or Trades background A medium-sized and growing housing developer is recruiting for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Job Duties: Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, budgets, and cost estimates Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout all stages of the project Assist in the assessment of subcontractor payments and variations Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related matters Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with other team members to ensure project success Required Qualifications: Valid Driving Licence Knowledge and Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a construction-related role or Construction related degree Working Conditions: Office-based work with occasional site visits required If you are interested in hearing more, call Chloe on
