Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor £35,000 - £45,000 Training Progression Car Allowance Hybrid Working Company Bonus Company Benefits Exeter Are you a Commercial Property Manager with a background in surveying, looking for an autonomous and varied role in a well-established company that offers on the job training, the opportunity for regular regional travel and clear progression pathways into Senior and eventually Directorship roles? This company are leading property consultants for the whole of the South-West, and are now looking to grow their Exeter team with an experienced Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor. In this varied and dynamic role, you will be based in their Exeter office 3 days a week, 2 from home, with weekly site visits to meet with clients, outsource maintenance projects, collect rent and conduct inspections. You will be given a car allowance for travel to and from the office, as well as to site, covering a local patch of Exeter and South Devon. This varied role would suit a Commercial Property Manager with a background in Surveying, looking to join a well established and trusted company that offer generous annual bonuses, on the job training and progression all the way to Directorship.
