Commercial Building Surveyor, 3-month contract, 26 sites across the NE Your new company A national facilities management contractor who deliver government contracts across multiple sectors Your new role In your new role you will be required to complete stock condition surveys on 26 care homes across the North East. These surveys will need to be completed before Christmas. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need experience completing stock condition surveys within the care sector and being able to complete surveys in both new and existing sites. You will need to be able to travel between sites. Enhanced DBS is required. What you'll get in return An hourly rate of circa £30 an hour via umbrella.
