Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy seeks Associate What's on offer Challenging leadership position - push your team leadership, project management and relationship building skills to the max. This is a hugely responsible role reporting into the Head of Architect - you'll be exposed to high expectations. Variety - large variety of work across commercial and residential sectors, and whatever work you are able to bring into the practice too. That's right, you'll need to polish up on your networking skills as you will be expected to bring work in. Multi-disc environment - work with people across all walks of life, liaise with the consultancy teams and make life MUCH easier during design and construction phases. Flexible, hybrid working policy to encourage that ever illusive work/life balance. Cracking salary of up to £60,000 for the right person. What you'll need to succeed You may well be a Senior or Principal with tons of leadership experience looking to step up, or an Associate that feels like it's time for a change. Either way you need loads of high quality project experience in the UK, Revit experience, and demonstrable leadership and project running experience on large scale commercial projects.
