Job Description Overview of Business We are currently partnered with a newly formed Project Management company in Essex. They form part of a wider group of companies including; a Land and Development Company, Architectural practice and an Renewable Energy business. Projects are varied and span across Residential, Commercial, Education, Care Homes and MoD. Job description Accomplish project and Business objectives by planning project activities; evaluating implementation and progress of project. Lead by example on all issues relating to programme, process and procedures. Coordinate all disciplines within the project team including design, commercial, production and SHE. Promote the highest standards of professionalism with all key stakeholders both internally and externally. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Assist the Managing Director with business tasks and procedures implementation Provide assistance in planning/programming and monitoring the status of key projects Produce monthly Project Reports drawing upon inputs from other staff and present to Managing Director identifying key risks, actions and decisions required and reporting against time, cost and quality objections. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s). Competent in required project methodology. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored on SharePoint. Establish on MD behalf and agree Project Objectives with Key Stakeholders Work with project team to devise strategies for eliminating/minimising the risks of achieving the project objectives and report to MD Create a strategic programme for each project showing critical path and Key dependencies.
