Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential My client are a design and build specialist based in West London, who produce prime and super prime residential dwellings. Their projects predominately consist of prime residential refurbishments of existing properties, often incorporating complex structural alterations on restricted sites. Their projects span Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, St Johns Wood, and some overseas locations e.g. Dubai and The Caribbean. My client have built an outstanding reputation in this prestigious sector, and have a proven ability to deliver projects from conception to completion to the highest of standard. They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a number of upcoming projects located in prime central London. Successful candidates will have a proven track record and over 3 years of experience working on various high end residential projects. This is a permanent position and my client are looking for Quantity Surveyors who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
