Are you a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional super prime residential projects? We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team in the luxury construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile, bespoke construction projects for prestigious clients in the super prime market. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery without compromising on quality. Lead and collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver bespoke, high-end residential projects. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to senior management and clients. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations and standards. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Solve complex challenges in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of luxury and design excellence. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met, building long-term relationships. Implement best practices in project management, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in project management within the luxury or super prime construction sector, particularly in high-end residential projects. A strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and regulations for premium residential builds. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and complex timelines, with a track record of successful project delivery. Knowledge of design and construction technologies that align with the latest trends in luxury living. Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management or similar field (e.g., Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering). A valid construction-related CSCS card (or equivalent), and other relevant industry certifications.
