Youll be working with an extremely experienced management team thats down-to-earth and no-nonsense. Theres no office politics here, just a focus on building great projects that deliver for clients and generate profit, without overcomplicating things. Roles and responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, from tender to completion Analyse project plans and specifications to identify cost elements Collaborate with the management team to provide input on cost strategies and opportunities for value engineering Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive quotes Monitor project costs and update estimates as required throughout the project lifecycle Liaise with project teams to ensure budget and schedule alignment If youre looking for an opportunity to work for a contractor that is sensible with its growth and has a clear focus on delivering successful projects, this role is for you.
