The successful Project Architect must have proficiency in Revit with a range of project experience in sectors such as industrial, retail and commercial and boast creativity with a keen eye for detail. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect: ARB registered Several years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK Proficiency in Revit is essential Strong portfolio across a mix of projects and scales Thorough knowledge of current building regulations Attend and input to site meetings Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders Strong technical ability Assist with managing a small team Job running experience Confident communicator both written and verbal Driven with professional development Up to date with latest technologies and designs Passionate about incorporating sustainable design principles Live locally to the Cambridge and surrounding area Keen to input to company growth and success Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
