Project Manager Project: Hotel refurbishment / fit-out in Windsor. Some new build courts / landscape works. Package: Up to £70,000k £5,000 car allowance private health care 25 days holiday Start: Project starting in October, asap start for the right candidate We are pleased to be supporting our client, an impeccable interior fit out contractor since 1989, specialising in the commercial, residential property, and aviation sectors in the UK and internationally. The Project Manager will deliver an 80-bedroom hotel refurbishment, including new build paddle courts; mainly refurbishment works, with 125 staff over a 9 month period, starting in October. Our client has an excellent order book, with further projects confirmed in Oxford further to successful completion. They value their people; and provide excellent support and benefits, including £5k car allowance, private health care & 25 days holiday bank holidays.
