HCP are working with an exceptionally high-end residential refurb and development company based in central London who have successfully redeveloped multiple projects across London and the Home Counties. Due to further expansion, they are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join there passionate and hugely talented team who are recognised for their expertise, professionalism and attention to detail on a number of high-end residential schemes. The role: The Project Manager will be joining an exceptional team in the London office and will contribute to overseeing the development cycle of their high-end residential projects. Developments are a mix of cut and carve, extension / basement dig, refurbishment and new build, in prime London post codes. They are looking for a proactive individual who has experience in high-end residential project management, JCT D&B and construction management contracts, attention to detail and drive to succeed in an expanding business. Requirements: • MRICS / MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field • Circa 5 years’ experience in development preferably within high-end / luxury residential projects of high value. • Good experience in JCT contract set up, consultant and contractor team management and leading the master programme and project through to completion. • Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal and time management skills. This position represents a great opportunity for a Project Manager to make a step into the client side environment and oversee the full 360 project process to become a key person within a development business
