The Quantity Surveyor position is for an established Birmingham based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment. The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: Valuations Cost reports Final accounts Client management Instructions Variations Contract administration Requirements for Quantity Surveyor the role are: Minimum of 3 years experience.
