If so, Walker & Sloan are currently recruiting for a small works Project Manager position for a well-established regional construction business based in Bristol. Job Description: Oversee and manage small-scale construction projects from inception to completion Overseeing the design management as well as the project management on these small scale schemes Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline to ensure adherence to company standards Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met Oversee a small on-site team Projects could be new build or refurbishments As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
