Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the 40-week steel frame office block project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. Team Coordination: Manage and oversee on-site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Health & Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project, addressing any issues or deviations promptly. Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Budget Oversight: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial efficiency. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track. Requirements: Proven experience managing steel frame construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and team management skills. Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations. Effective budget management and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and client management skills.
