Based at our stunning new site, The Springs, in Hambrook, a picturesque village in West Sussex that offers you an enviable countryside backdrop, just 6 miles from Chichester’s city and harbour. You will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm What you will do Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to coordinate work and resolve any issues that arise. Monitor and report on site progress, attending site meetings to discuss project developments and any necessary adjustments. Support the Site Manager in managing site inspections, audits, and health and safety checks. Help to prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, timesheets, and materials orders. Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive working environment on-site. What you will have You will need a background in working on sites ideally or if you are a school/college leaver, a real desire to get into Site Management. It is essential that you have a car and full valid driving licence.
