Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Construction Site Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Gloucestershire. The company: Our client is a high end residential contractor, who work on multi million pound jobs across Gloucestershire & the Cotswolds on grade 1 and grade 2 listed properties. The role entails: Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site Liasing with clients Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs Requirements: 3 years minimum experience - must have a high end residential background. Trade background - Ideally Carpentry What are we looking for?
