Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Social Housing experience who would like to join a multi award winning property maintenance company? Key responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Managing the monthly CVR Process for your region. Lead and manage the performance of a well established team of colleagues which include, two QS's and two Commercial Admin's. Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects. Ensure all invoices submitted accurately and for certified value to ensure payments are received on time. Support your team to value and authorise payments to sub-contractors within the region Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project specification and requirements.
