If you love cracksin buildings, solving puzzles and healthy bonuses, then this role could suit you. We’re looking for a Chartered (or near to) Building Surveyor, Engineer or Builder to handle a portfolio of subsidence related losses for domestic, HNW and commercial properties. Use your expertise to diagnose causation and manage the mitigation and repairs of the property. You’d be home based and in charge of your own diary to make site visits, with great back office support to take care of the admin bits and bobs.
