Description

A respected and creative construction fit out company, are now looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their growing team. With projects across Berkshire and London, the Site Manager will be travelling to 4-6 sites a year. The Site Manager’s Role The successful Site Manager will join a team specialising in Commercial Office projects. These will consist of Fit-Out and refurbishment schemes, supporting industry leading clients. The Site Manager will immediately focus on projects with contract values between £2M - £4.5M. The Site Manager will be joining a company who have a positive and family feel to them, consisting around 40 staff total. The experienced Site Manager will be responsible for day to day running of the site, ensuring budgets are kept to and high standards of H&S are maintained. Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Site Manager should have a strong eye for detail. The Site Manager Clear evidence of CAT B, Office fit Out experience Fit out background in general Ability to communicate effectively Looking for a permanent position SMSTS/CSCS Card Provide a hands-on approach Excellent organisational & team management skills Good computer skills A previous joinery / carpentry background is beneficial.
