The Role As a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee complex and large-scale projects, with a particular focus on fit-out works. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site operations, ensuring safety and compliance at all stages. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional fit-out and overall project results. Monitor project progress and implement effective strategies to meet deadlines and financial targets. Ensure the highest standards in finishing works, meeting client expectations and industry benchmarks. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager or similar role in Tier One contracting. Demonstrated expertise in fit-out projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed works. Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and project management. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
