Project Manager £50K Package East London Property Maintenance Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Contractor in the East London area who are looking for a brand new Project Manager to join their team covering their Reactive Repairs, Major Voids and Cyclical works in the East London area. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has previous experience working on Social Housing contracts. Duties: Prepare, process and select estimates, bids and tenders. Development the procurement programme. Assist in the presentation of the contract brief to the client. Manage the selection of site personnel teams (inc. sub contractors) for contracts. Manage site personnel, work activities and resources. Control contracts from start to completion. Control contract budgets. Key Knowledge: Must have previous Social Housing experience working on reactive, major void projects and cyclical works.
