Site Manager - Cladding and Facade projects Your new company You will be working with a contractor who specialises in the design, supply and installation of facades for remedial or new-build residential, commercial and educational buildings. Working with Main Contractors and Housing Associations. They’re committed to the full project lifecycle – from specification to final QA – providing technical expertise at every stage to ensure superior value within defined budgets. Your new role Experienced site manager with a passion for cladding and facade contracts required. We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance/Contract Site Manager to oversee projects on social housing and new build developments. Role Overview As a Freelance/Contract Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of cladding and facade contracts. Your responsibilities will include: Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on-site, overseeing all site staff and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Health and Safety: Prioritize safety by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations. Contract Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards throughout the construction process, paying special attention to cladding and facade work. Documentation: Keep accurate records, including progress reports, site diaries, and incident reports. Communication: Collaborate with project teams, architects, and clients to achieve project goals. What you'll need to succeed CSCS card in either Gold or Black SMSTS certification. First Aid certification. Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in cladding and facade contracts.
