Senior site manager responsibilities: Working alongside the project manager and contracts manager across the framework. Management of all site operations across the framework. Checking quality. RAMS. Progress meetings. Detailed record keeping. Managing health and safety compliance. Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site. Senior site manager requirements: Right to work in the UK. CSCS card - (Gold or Black). NVQ level 3 - Minimum. SMSTS. First aid. Previous experience in a senior site managers role. Experience within heavy civils. Full UK driving licence.
