Quantity Surveyor – Brickwork and Blockwork Specialist Location: Enfield Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in brickwork and blockwork to join the team in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a £(phone number removed) brickwork package project in Abbey Wood, making a significant impact from day one. Key Responsibilities: Manage all cost-related aspects of the brickwork project, ensuring it stays on budget. Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to optimize resources. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in brickwork and blockwork. Strong understanding of construction costs and project management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
