Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking to join a busy and diverse multi-disciplinary consultancy in the heart of Essex? If so, then this is the role you've been looking for. Our Client: An award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the South East. Projects: Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Education, Defence and Local Authority. Company Headcount: 200 - 250 Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor: Strong professional building surveying skills, i.e., party walls, dilapidations, TDD and reinstatement costs along with some contract admin experience Experience of working within a consulting environment Excellent client facing skills MRICS Qualified Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, car allowance, private healthcare, 8% pension, discretionary bonus scheme, flexible working, regular team bonding events and professional subscriptions paid.
