Project Manager - New Build - Main Contractor East London circa £90-100K benefits. Our client is a leading main contractor who operate across the UK, Ireland and Europe within the high end residential, commercial, mixed use, education, healthcare, industrial, hotel and leisure sectors. They have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to oversee a £40m residential new build in East London. The candidate: A minimum of 5-10 years Project Management experience Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large scale Residential construction projects (to £50M) Stable career history with Main Contractors and/or Developers 3rd level qualification On offer is a highly competitive salary of circa £90-100K benefits.
