INTERIM PROJECT MANAGER Norfolk Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in Norfolk who require an Interim Project Manager (Operational Lead - Property). This role involves you focusing on a block of flats (mixture of residential and commercial units), monitoring major work, insurance claims and legal work. Major work will be ensuring that the Fire Compartmentation comply with Building Regs and repair foul drainage. You may be required to decant part of the building. The Council are looking into appointing a main contractor to oversee their Programme of Work, with a resident Liaison Officer. You'll be working closely with another Project Manager, Estates Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Head of Building Compliance, Fire Safety Officer & Communications Officer. Due to the high-profile nature, you'll report to the Head of Property, providing regular progress reports. Your presence in the office is required fortnightly, ideally on a Tuesday, with other members of the team. Site inspections at your discretion. This contract is 9-12 months, depending on the duration of the work being carried out. A car is recommended as public transport can be unpredictable.
