DB Recruitment are on the look out for a Project Manager with extensive Residential, Housing & Social Housing experience for long term projects. The position is available in the New Year and the client is looking for someone who wants a full time / perm position not temp. The development is 20 Social housing plots at Swinton, Near Malton. Further projects in the area will follow, so good continuity in the area. Candidates should: live within 1 hr of site (35 Miles ideally) Have minimum 3 years’ recent experience as a PM or Site Manager within the New Build Housing sector (Ideally Social/Affordable) SMSTS, Ist Aid Cert, CSCS Black card Package £65k (All in) plus £45p per mile travel allowance, 28 days holiday Stats Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year Benefits: Company car Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Project Manager: 3 years (required) Residential & Housing Projects: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
