Description

This is an Assistant Site Manager role for a national developer working on a large residential site in Bristol. This is working on a 200 unit traditional build over a multiphase development. this is 3 weeks worth of work for an individual with tier 1 developer experience who quickly adapt onto site. This role will consist of taking properties from 1st fix and on wards to handover, NHBC inspections, CML handovers, as well as RAMS, QA checks, toolbox talks, site inductions and customer walk throughs. They will also be working closely with the sales team, and reporting into the Site manager
