Our Opportunity Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you a Senior Building Surveyor wanting to expand your knowledge in a new role? Due to continued and sustained expansion of our Building Surveying discipline, we are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surve yor in either our Leicester or Birmingham Office. This role will see you delivering exciting projects across a range of sectors to include heritage, education, healthcare, commercial, central government, defence and retail. You can expect to join a vibrant team and inclusive office, delivering a varied range of building surveying commissions. This includes but not limited to, b uilding and acquisition surveys, m easured building surveys, facet surveys, condition surveys and lifecycle maintenance planning. Our aim is to ensure our clients meet their sustainability g oals and plan for the future. We do this by providing practical advice based on a thorough understanding of existing building constraints and opportunities. As Senior Building Surveyor you will plan and manage project resources, prepare, and oversee designs / reports, and have day-to-day control of internal costs and fee invoices. You will have the opportunity to be able to mentor more junior staff, providing support with their technical development. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders as appropriate.
