Quantity Surveyor Location: Leeds Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 Car Allowance Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a new opportunity? Have you worked with a main contractor on refurbishment or new build projects? TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their Leeds office. Benefits Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Car allowance or company car, including travel expenses Enhanced Pension: 5% employer contributions Flexible hours: Office hours from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays Generous holiday: 25 days bank holidays Christmas shutdown Health & Dental: Axahealthcare and dental coverage Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage 2-3 projectssimultaneously Conduct site visits nationwide for cost management, including site measures, variations, and meetings Manage subcontractor and supplier approvalsand procurement processes Prepare and issue contracts Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs) Reconcile invoices and approve payments Prepare and submit final accounts About the Company Work with prestigious clients as an approved contractor Involvement in new build and refurbishment projects, focusing on commercial and retail sectors Growing company with excellent career development opportunities Project values range from £500k to £10 million Comprehensive benefits package Required Knowledge & Experience Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Sector: Construction build or fit-out background preferred Education: Degree-level qualification is advantageous Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency License: Valid UK driving license How to Apply If you meet the criteria and are eager to take the next step in your career, please apply online with your up-to-date CV.
