Job Description We are working on behalf of a Principal contractor who are looking for an Estimator with experience of working on commercial projects from £50k - £10M with both new build and refurbishment experience. This role is focused on preparing and managing tenders for the business, from start to finish. And the chosen candidate must be able to manage projects themselves. You will be expected to; Completing full take off measures off drawings Been able to understand specifications Understand how to undertake Value engineering Have a good understanding of building methods Be able to work to tight deadlines Be able to manage multiple projects at any one time Will need to raise tender queries through the tendering process. Will have experience working on projects from £50k up to £10million Driving licence is essential The job role will be working from the Leeds office with occasional travel to Head office.
