Job title: Construction Site Manager Reference: E(phone number removed) Location: Derby Duration: 7 weeks Start date: 14 October 2024 Rate: £300 to £350 per day - OUTSIDE OF IR35 SMSTS Qualified Construction Site Manager required on a project in Derby commencing mid-October for 7 weeks. This is a Wastewater treatment site so candidates with water /wastewater / sewage treatment industry experience would be ideal. The Construction Site Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring and maintaining the safety of the construction site, setting and enforcing standards for all works, and ensuring that contractors strictly adhere to proper safety protocols. You are expected to ensure that the site is run in line with the requirements of the Construction Design and Management Regulations. You will use your professional organisation skills and attention to detail to ensure that contractors complete their works safely and efficiently, in compliance with the project programme. In addition, you are responsible for interfacing collaboratively with other professionals who are connected to the project. This will involve consulting with a wide range of personnel, plus good communication with the client, particularly in relation to upcoming works that may impact their core business. As the Construction Site Manager, you will be required to: Carry out daily reports, Report on the programme Snag work Liaise with the client and contractors Organise contractors Supervise the site We can pay £300 - £350 per day outside of IR35 for Ltd. Co, or we can pay CIS or umbrella.
