Projects can vary in value from £3m - £50m. The Project: Senior Construction Manager to run a £40m fit out of a large penthouse in the West End. This is a "no-expense-spared" type of project with the highest of standards in the heart of London. As the Senior Construction Manager you will be running day-to-day tasks, organising trades on site, ensuring quality is kept to standard, reporting into a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
