Description
The Role: As the External Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all external works on the project, ensuring that construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will liaise with various stakeholders, manage resources effectively, and drive the project towards successful completion within the stipulated timeframe and budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all external construction operations related to the residential RC frame project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and the construction workforce to ensure seamless execution of external works. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all external works align with design requirements. Oversee site logistics, including the delivery and management of materials and equipment necessary for external works. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on project progress, issues, and resource allocation. Implement health and safety protocols rigorously, fostering a culture of safety among all team members. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including local authorities, to address any concerns and maintain positive relationships. Qualifications: Proven experience as an External Site Manager or in a similar role, specifically within residential construction and RC frame projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials related to external works. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction sites. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively in a dynamic construction environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
