They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on residential projects across the North Wales area. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve: Cost control and value management strategies. Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements Oversee the commercial aspects of the project Manage cash flow. Manage subcontractor payments. Provide guidance on contractual issues.
