Senior Quantity Surveyor £40,000 - £60,000 (car allowance) Liverpool My client is looking to bring in additional members to their team in Liverpool to lead a variety of projects within the space. If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor with either current Chartered status or currently working towards Chartered status this role will offer the opportunity to progress with a clear pathway towards Associate / Partner level status. Requirements Have achieved a RICS accredited degree Be either qualified to Chartered status or working towards achieving this. Be able to evidence of pre and post-contract QS experience through examples of projects you have worked on. Having experience working on Industrial, Residential, Commercial and Bank Monitoring sectors is preferred but not a necessity.
