You’ll play a critical role in driving projects forward, engaging with clients, and coordinating construction and design teams to deliver successful outcomes. Your Role: Project Leadership: Take full ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients, construction, and design teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and collaborate with teams to address them, ensuring seamless project execution. Contract Management: Navigate contracts with precision, maintaining records and managing potential claims and disputes. Team Development: Mentor and support less experienced team members, helping them progress towards professional qualifications. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Developing and delivering business cases Client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management Preparing and maintaining project schedules and managing resources Monitoring project risks, opportunities, and quality management processes Leading governance reviews and stakeholder management Managing suppliers and ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards Developing and managing multidisciplinary teams Identifying and acting upon business development opportunities with both existing and new clients What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in NEC/JCT contract administration Proven track record of setting up and implementing robust project management processes Financial acumen, including the ability to assess project viability and manage cash flows Excellent report-writing skills, able to distill complex issues into clear recommendations Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, or equivalent institution Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Why This Opportunity?
