I am currently recruiting a site manager for a regional groundwork contractor. My client deliver groundwork packages for both residential and commercial developments and operate across the central belt of England. Site manager responsibilities: Working alongside and reporting to the project manager and contracts manager. Managing health and safety compliance. QA/ QC. Managing and allocating labour, materials and plant. Record keeping. Liaising with the client and other subcontractors on site. Attending progress meetings. Tool box talks. Site manager requirements: Right to work in the UK. CSCS card (Gold/ Black). NVQ level 3 or above. SSSTS/ SMSTS. First aid, Full UK driving licence. Previous groundwork experience.
