Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Residential Location: Cranleigh, Surrey Start Date: November Company: Ambitious Property Developer About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic property developer who is seeking a driven, proactive Site Manager to join their team in November. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major new build development, initially overseeing the construction of 9 traditional brick and block houses from foundations through to completion, with a total of 59 houses on the site. Key Responsibilities: Managing the construction of 9 houses from start to finish, with oversight of the entire build process. Ensuring all phases of the build are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Coordinating daily activities on-site, including managing subcontractors, trades, and site teams. Reporting progress and any issues to senior management, maintaining excellent communication across the project team. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards and documentation requirements. Providing input and leadership on further phases of the development as the project progresses. Requirements: Experience managing new build housing projects from start to completion, preferably with traditional brick and block methods. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects forward. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards. A proactive and motivated attitude, capable of problem-solving and handling the challenges of a busy site. Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
