Quantity Surveyor London Consultancy Up to £60,000 A small, well established and well-respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, based near Liverpool Street Station are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Having built up an excellent reputation working nationally with a number of blue-chip clients, mainly in the commercial and Retail sectors they are well placed to capitalise on an ever-improving market. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry. About the role: The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to): Cost estimating Managing the tender process Valuations Regular reporting to our clients Facilitating cost control from inception through to completion Advise on contracts, warranties, professional appointments and all other legal aspects of projects. About the requirements of the Quantity Surveyor: The successful Quantity Surveyor will be a self-starting individual who can work one their own but also as part of a team. You will have strong experience within a consultancy environment. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be computer literate.
