Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Assistant Site Manager in the Cayton Bay area on a new build housing site. This role is due to start immediately on an ongoing basis and requires someone with a housing background. Job duties: Support the Site Manager to coordinate the dayto-day operations Organise and manage subcontractors on site Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations Experience required: Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS or SSSTS Must have housing experience Must have strong organisational and communication skills
