Site Manager- Lancaster Join a growing North West House builder, who specialise in designing and building award winning homes with superior specification. As a Lancashire-based builder, our client is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee operations on their latest project site. About the role of Site Manager: Join a dedicated team in Lancaster, managing site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality builds, while meeting production targets and budget requirements. Collaborate closely with the Sales department and customers to guarantee exceptional customer care and satisfaction throughout the construction process. Responsibilities for the Site Manager: - Supervise and coordinate site operations - Ensure production targets are met within budget - Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction - Lead, motivate, and develop site staff Requirements for the Site Manager: - Proven track record in volume house building - Experience building both Traditional and timber framed units - Trade background in Joinery or Bricklaying - CSCS card, First Aid, SMSTS are essential - CIOB Site Management, Scaffold Appreciation, Crane Supervisor are desirable About the company: My client has a long history of building homes to the highest standards across Cumbria and Lancashire, and have done for over 40 years.
